Plans include: - Either Semaglutide Injections, Oral Phentermine or both - Customized Weight Loss plan with a qualified Doctor - Monthly appointment - 1 Semaglutide injection per week (Plans A & B) - Routine lab orders as needed - Written prescriptions as needed.
